Abstrak

Pertumbuhan e-commerce yang cepat menuntut sistem pencatatan digital efisien, terutama pada sektor perdagangan dengan transaksi daring yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan sistem pencatatan digital dalam mendukung perkembangan e-commerce, dengan studi kasus pada PT Aliyan Jaya Perkasa Tulangan Sidoarjo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan perusahaan tergolong sedang, dengan infrastruktur yang cukup, SDM yang belum optimal, dan integrasi sistem yang masih terbatas. Sistem digital yang ada hanya sebagian mendukung e-commerce secara optimal. Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada pemetaan kesiapan digitalisasi akuntansi di perusahaan lokal sektor perdagangan dalam konteks pasar berkembang. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pelatihan SDM, integrasi sistem berbasis cloud, dan kolaborasi teknologi untuk meningkatkan daya saing e-commerce secara berkelanjutan.

The rapid growth of e-commerce demands an efficient digital recording system, especially in the trade sector with complex online transactions. This study aims to evaluate the readiness of the digital recording system in supporting the development of e-commerce, with a case study at PT Aliyan Jaya Perkasa Tulangan Sidoarjo. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the company's readiness is moderate, with sufficient infrastructure, suboptimal human resources, and limited system integration. The existing digital system only partially supports e-commerce optimally. The novelty of this study lies in mapping the readiness of accounting digitalization in local companies in the trade sector in the context of developing markets. The implications of this study emphasize the need for HR training, cloud-based system integration, and technology collaboration to improve e-commerce competitiveness sustainably.
